Sam Anthony is a certified Personal Trainer, Mental Fitness Certified Life Coach, and Professional Speaker who combines his expertise with fitness and addiction to help men conquer recovery and achieve Mental Fitness. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and over 20 years in recovery, Sam offers a unique blend of physical and mental fitness.

As a fitness professional, Sam holds certifications in personal training (CPT through NCCPT), TRX, and Kettlebell Training. His extensive background includes roles as a fitness consultant, Assistant Fitness Director, and Fitness Director at renowned establishments such as Gold’s Gym, Sport and Health, and Orange Theory Fitness. Sam specializes in strength training and injury prevention, emphasizing that when you work out to feel better instead of just looking better, you tend to achieve both.

Drawing from his personal experiences with addiction, recovery, and mental health challenges, Sam has developed a compassionate and effective approach to recovery. Through personalized coaching, Sam helps clients identify their passions, eliminate limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies to master their emotions.
